About the role
We are looking for a Facility Maintenance person to join the team at our Ashburton Plant.
As part of the Maintenance team you will be responsible for identifying and ensuring that the maintenance needs of the site are maintained to a high standard.
Daily duties will extend from basic repairs to co-ordinating more substantial repairs and installs where and when needed.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 7.00 -17.00
As a Facility Maintenance person, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day maintenance of the site and provide clear information to the Mechanical Lead about any maintenance issues.
- Assisting with Continuous Improvement projects where needed.
- Updating information via our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Ensuring compliance to Environmental regulations and consents.
Who are you?
You are organised and systematic, with a good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You have a positive attitude towards change and dealing with the unexpected with the ability to meet deadlines. Be someone who can work both autonomously and in a team.
For this role, you’ll need:
- Previous building maintenance experience
- Technical and building knowledge
- Previous experience with CMMS software or similar, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism
