Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis of business operations to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Develop business plans and proposals to support the implementation of new strategies
- Analyse data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Measure and report on project progress and success
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant experience
