Wideout is seeking a traffic coordinator to support the vetting and routing of job requests from account services to the creative and production departments. This person will apply production templates, draw schedules, and assign tasks to resources to ensure production workflow is efficient through each stage and gets completed on time.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison across multiple departments of various levels, maintaining regular contact with clear and effective communication
- Work closely with account, brand, and creative managers to plan for and resource new and upcoming projects
- Collect and deliver assets required by a project to the production team
- Create and manage project schedules, prioritizing levels of effort, and scheduling reviews
- Allocate resources for each task in a project
- Track and resolve issues and conflicting deadlines due to capacity and workload, and know when to escalate and prioritize
- Recognize inefficiencies within the workflow process and make recommendations to resolve
- Monitor communications between project members to confirm that work is progressing on schedule
- Update stakeholders on the progress of projects and campaigns in regard to delivery schedules
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven work experience in traffic production coordination or similar role, agency experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- Experience with communicating with multiple clients of varied nationalities on a regular basis
- Experience with creating, scheduling, and delegating tasks in a project management platform, including reprioritizing and updating progress statuses
- Experience with working with a digital asset management (DAM) platform is a plus
- Experience related to the production of digital and printed marketing materials is an advantage
- Familiarity with popular North American/European fashion brands is a plus
