Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Web and Mobile UI/UX Designer to join our team and shape exceptional user experiences across our web and mobile applications. As a Web and Mobile UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create intuitive designs, and enhance the overall user interface and user experience. This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and proficiency in web and mobile design tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all touchpoints and devices.
- Collaborate with developers to implement and refine designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with responsive design and designing for multiple devices.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
