We’re looking for a Digital Operations resource with in-depth understanding of Digital Media domain. This individual will be key in supporting a shared services model for Digital Demand across all digital activation.

The position responsibilities include:

Manage activity for Paid Social including:

  • Create MED requests
  • Monitor new paid media tickets and team workload
  • Create/maintain CenterPoint Paid Media dashboards
  • Request/create Jump Ids
  • Create Msights placement
  • Manage Click Tags set up by Work Reduce

Manage Paid Search requests including:

  • Manage paid search translations requests, approvals
  • Manage paid search creative process – selecting and sizing images, working with MAP team Create and manage tickets for any required pixels / tags
  • Request/create Jump IDs
  • Ad hoc reporting requests using Ad Cloud and search engine data

Manage Programmatic requests including:

  • Review creative rotation doc to see if any jump ids are needed, request if they are
  • Provide Activity IDs, request and provide PathFactory URLs,
  • Initiate MAP process, check asset production /translation availability
  • Collect asset creative names
  • Provide MDF claim requirements

A strong candidate will be passionate about Digital Media and can work across media channels to ensure efficient and effective digital execution. In a fast moving environment, it is critical that this person have a high degree of energy, flexibility and positivity.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Associated degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2+ years digital media operational experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in the digital media domain
  • Solid writing and communication skills
  • High English language level, written and spoken
  • Functional organizational / program management skills
  • Flexibility and ability to perform in a fast paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing requests and priorities
  • Ability to work and effectively prioritize across multiple areas of responsibility
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Experience working with Msights and Workreduce a +
