Thefreshcleaning is looking for an experienced sales person, that can close cleaning contracts with property managers and office owners for long term. This will be a part-time based commission job (Work from home/by appointment).
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to quote inquiries and providing quotes for clients
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Schedule in person appointments when necessary with property managers/office owners to provide in-person quote.

Requirements.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
