Responsibilities:
Handle order and enquiry and general daily routine of account affairs.
Provide service support to sales and administration team.
Liaise and co-ordinate with Logistics Team for order delivery.
Good PC knowledge and skill in word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing
Knowledge of ERP system (such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV) is an advantage
Perform ad-hoc duties required by the Management.
Requirements :
Form 6 or above.
1-2 years working experience, preferable in customer service field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill with excellent telephone manner.
Good sense of team spirit.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
