The Opportunity
Working in a passionate and supportive team, your time will be spent building and managing stakeholder relationships & interconnecting DCs, loads & sites for delivery. In addition, other duties include:
- Respond to incoming internal and external stakeholders' requests and queries via various mediums (in person, over the phone, or via email.)
- Accurate data entry and order processing with database software (e.g. Warehouse Management System (WMS)).
- Organising and verifying driver paperwork and manifests
- Scheduling carrier pickups for requested item movements
- Ensuring correct paperwork is being used by the customer and providing the correct paperwork/process if required Providing information to the customer for the delivery timeframe of the movement request
About You
We’re looking for an individual who is eager to learn, is results driven & who is able to negotiate and influence with stakeholders at all levels. Coupled with:
- Warehouse and operations experience (desirable)
- A passion for customer satisfaction and a “can do” attitude
- Proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft and Google Suite and have confidence in navigating new systems
- The ability to stay calm, prioritise effectively, and remain focused when under pressure
- Be optimistic yet detailed: ask plenty of questions, and seek the root cause before determining a resolution path Demonstrates high levels of pro-activity and personal accountability.
