Responsibility Level:
Work with Commercial AFM teams for Korea and export teams to define pricing strategy, concept, and structure for AFM through intelligence and business insights. Closely work with cross functional team to analyze pricing strategy, monitor pricing strategy execution throughout AFM channels and propose necessary improvements to contribute to healthy development of AFM business and align AFM portfolio brand positioning. Develop and/or implement required processes and tools in order to add/create value to business success.
Typical Duties:
- Work with Commercial AFM teams to develop portfolio pricing strategy which contributes to sustainable business success
- Make pricing proposals to Strategy Manager and commercial leaders.
- Participate in AFM distribution strategy, provide inputs and feedback to the sales management team.
- Define targeted pricing structure internally within AFM brands for export businesses and product portfolio and externally benchmark with key competitors. Develop ideal pricing structure and CM through value chain
- Systematically collect pricing intelligence to closely monitor key competitors’ sell-in pricing movement and benchmark with AFM brands.
- Establish process to collect and analyze pricing information throughout value chain. Build connection with channel customers to get loaded with latest channel pricing information
- Analyze monthly progress of product sales, customer purchase pattern and profitability. Able to translate the data analysis into commercial proposal & execution.
- Support monthly AFM pricing meeting to review pricing benchmark information and provide suggestion for management to make informed decision
- Closely monitoring Lead Market Price and propose change to pricing structure according to aligned process. Monitor market core price movement.
- Formulate and manage trade promotion policy include sell in to drive performance growth, manage trade promotion and seminar by planning, forecasting, and budget control, motivation system for multi-channels.
- Price& CM Management throughout value chain. Work with sales team to propose pricing strategy in line with Clarios promotion program, monthly customer sellout recommended price, retail price suggested price, platform suggested price to guide healthy price structure throughout value chain.
- Get clear picture of competitors commercial policy and monthly report to AFM management team

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related curriculum
- Min. 5 years’ experience in related field / Controlling or Marketing function. Pricing experience is preferred.
- 2+years’ experience of quantitative data analysis. Knowledge of statistics and keen on data mining and insight extraction
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to cross-functional & global stakeholders
- Good communication skills with B2B and B2C customers
- Good language and presentation skills, fluent in both Korean and English
- Advanced level of data processing competency. Mastery of computer skills including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Regression analysis, etc
- Experienced in strategic planning and analysis
- Ability to build a collaborative environment
- Frequent travelling and flexible working hours are required
- Comfortable in a multi-tasking and multi-time zones working environment
