We're seeking a talented Florist who is looking for a new way to use their flair and artistry. The role sits within Hill Street Home, a haven of flowers and homewares within Hill Street Devonport.

Our Devonport Store is a destination experience and community hub, supplying groceries, homewares, giftware, flowers, indoor plants and fresh and prepared food to a large local customer base.
To flourish in this role, you will deliver the outstanding, friendly customer service that Hill Street is known and apply your floral artistry and flower care skills to make arrangements from our website orders, as well as bespoke bunches for the store or specific customer requests. You'll also work with our hamper, gift and homewares products, filling displays and helping customers find the perfect piece or gift.
You will have a friendly attitude, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You must also have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a busy store where you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of retail professionals.
This role is open to experienced applicants only. If you don't have a floristry qualification you will need to demonstrate extensive industry experience and knowledge of floristry skills, flower care and seasonal availability.
