GM Secretary/ Administration Assistant
Cheval Collection are the parent company of growing brands such as Cheval Residences and Cheval Maison and we are looking for a GM Secretary/ Administration Assistant with the passion and commitment to provide exceptional service and a great support to our colleagues across the Cheval team.
As GM Secretary/ Administration Assistant you will dealing with day to day tasks of the General Manager scheduling meetings, taking notes, etc. You will be assisting with responding to guest feedback on social media platforms, etc. You will also be assisting human resources where you will be confident liaising with colleagues at all levels and will be keen to deal with a wide variety of enquires, coming up with solutions and ideas that keep our reputation as one of the Best Employers in Hospitality! This role includes a high volume of administration, and you will be coordinating every part of the colleague’s employment journey, therefore you must have exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to ensure that all information provided is accurate.
As GM Secretary/ Administration Assistant, some of your duties will include…………
- Connecting with colleagues at every part of their employment journey
- Preparing offer letters and contracts
- Supporting with recruitment
- Advising on and administering colleague benefits
- Preparing administration for payroll
- Updating our company news on our colleague communication system
- Being the face of HR answering all colleague queries
- Supporting the General Manager with administrative tasks.
