Responsibilities
A factory operations manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the factory's operations to ensure that production runs efficiently, safely, and effectively. Job duties of a factory operations manager include:
- Planning and implementing production schedules to meet customer demands and production goals.
- Managing and supervising the factory staff, including training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring that all factory operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Monitoring the production process to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, such as equipment failures or production delays.
- Implementing quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and procurement, to ensure that all equipment and materials are available and in good working condition.
- Analyzing production data and making recommendations for improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
- Preparing and managing budgets for the factory operations department.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve factory operations.
- Managing relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
